Transaction Pricing

  • Please note that the pricing quoted below is for merchants implementing Payment Express Hosted or Merchant Hosted  ecommerce solutions, batch and vending.
  • Does not apply to EFTPOS.  Merchants implementing Integrated EFTPOS should view the EFTPOS product page.

Our monthly service fee is generally based on the sale of a block of transactions, however should you exceed the limit of the included transactions of your plan, additional transactions will be charged at an overage rate per transaction – All ‘off the shelf’ and standard Payment Express software components / applications are included in our fees. These can be bundled for a total ‘card not present’ processing solution, including access to the Payment Manager - Payline.

Payline is included with all other Payment Express solutions, at no additional cost. The pricing below is for Payline as a stand alone product, when used for MOTO transactions.

  • Set up fee is billed automatically after 30 days.  Monthly Service Fee commences after testing is complete and the live account is activated. The set-up fee covers initial technical support (email only), access to our software and a test environment to simulate processing via Payment Express (e.g. if processing both NZ and AUD currencies you will receive two separate charges for the different currencies).
  • There is an additional $100 set up for multi currency processing / account configuration.
  • Payment Express charge $100 for configuring additional merchant bank accounts or card schemes (e.g. Amex, Diners), above the first initial account (Visa and MasterCard) included in a standard set up cost. (Payment Express support up to 9989 merchant bank accounts via a single interface, with 9990 – 9999 reserved for testing).
  • There is a $30 set up fee for setting up of additional users to the Payment Express Payment Manager.  Customers must agree to Payment Express standard terms and conditions.
  • Additional costs' may be incurred for features such as American Express Multi Currency, Pago, Continuity Billing, PAX Airline Data and Multi-merchant solutions. Please discuss with a Payment Express staff member.
  • All pricing is plus GST (if any). Please Note: All transaction types and requests, sent to Payment Express by the merchant, are billable.
