Complete the DPS online application form

This application form can be completed online. Please select “EFTPOS” when prompted to complete the “service required” field. If you are unsure about any other details on this form, please leave these fields blank. A member of the DPS support team will contact you once we have received this application to confirm technical and commercial details with you.

Applying for an EFTPOS merchant account

You will need to establish an EFTPOS merchant account with your bank. A merchant account allows for the processing of EFTPOS transactions to a bank account. This process is managed by your acquiring bank.

Setting up your Merchant Account

You will need to contact your bank’s merchant services team and request an ETSL number for EFTPOS (card present transactions). This will need to be provided to DPS prior to the installation of Payment Express® EFTPOS.

What happens from here?

DPS will contact you to confirm pricing plans and answer any questions you may have. DPS will also supply a copy of the EFTPOS terms and conditions, direct debit and activation guide to complete and return 72 hours prior to the installation date.

Once this information has been received DPS will activate the account, provide a username and password for transaction reporting and installation details.
