Bank Requirements

• DPS customers need to arrange an electronic merchant facility with one of the acquiring banks that DPS has connectivity to. For more information on the banks that are presently supported, please visit the connectivity page.
• Supported card types are Visa and MasterCard.
• To facilitate the settlement of funds between Payment Express and your bank, DPS will need to provided with the following details:

Bank / acquirer	Merchant ID (15 digits)	Terminal ID (8 digits)	Card acceptor name	Card acceptor location	Merchant Category Code
Merchant Solutions

Preauthorization / Completion

Preauthorization / completion is a two stage transactional process which involves validating a credit card in its first phase before completing the transaction. This feature is available by default.

3D Secure

Currently, all users of DPS hosted solutions (DPS Hosted Payments Package) can use a MPI (merchant plug-in) developed by DPS for 3D secure authentication at no additional cost. To enable this functionality, you will need to enroll with your bank.
