Bank Requirements

• DPS customers need to arrange an electronic merchant facility with to the Citibank Singapore. For more information on the banks that are presently supported, please visit the connectivity page.
• Supported card types are Supported card types are Visa and MasterCard.
• To accept American Express or Diners Club cards please speak to your bank. To facilitate the settlement of funds between Payment Express and your bank, DPS will need to provided with the following details:

3D Secure

3D secure encryption is available for Merchant Solutions merchants only.

Preauthorization / Completion

Preauthorization / completion is a two stage transactional process which involves validating a credit card in its first phase before completing the transaction. To facilitate this type of transaction, preauthorization / completion must be enabled at your bank.
