Technical support analyst

The role is a highly technical one, but full training from the existing experienced team is provided.

The ideal candidate:

• Enjoys web development and web technologies
• Enjoys working with innovative software and hardware
• High aptitude in problem solving and dedicated attention to detail
• Has exceptional telephone and written communication skills in English
• Has previous work experience in a help desk or has some work experience (not essential)
• Has worked in the finance, banking, EFTPOS or payments industry (not essential)
