Junior Ecommerce Solutions Support, pre/post sales

- The role will involve working with client management, web developers and banking partners to assist Australian and NZ businesses implementing new online payments solutions, from the DPS software suite.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing inbound prospects and securing new business within existing and new accounts – with a particular emphasise on SME and middle market clients
- Maintaining key customer contacts
- Analysing customer business requirements to provide correct DPS solution to all issues
- Following up with all customers, resellers, developers pre and post sales issues immediately
- Managing inbound queries and managing the sales life cycle from initial contact to implementation.
- This job is suited for a person with a passion for technology, the Internet and is a frequent online consumer.
Ideal candidates will have the following traits:
- Tertiary qualification (not essential, as long as candidates have relevant experience or passion for web based technology)
Enjoys web development and web technologies such as PHP, ASP.NET etc (not required at a technical level)
- Exceptional telephone and written communication skills in English are essential
- A drive to learn and further their career within DPS and the electronic payments industry
- Possibly a good role for a junior web developer or designer who is looking for a change in career path leading towards a lucrative career in IT sales, management or technical implementation with the opportunity to travel abroad
