Activation Process

When you are ready to start accepting live payments we will link your DPS account to your bank / acquirer merchant account(s).

Online activation process for activating e-commerce websites

  • Login to your Payment Manager test account using the username and password provided with your development (test) account.
  • Once you have logged in, click on either the 'Hosted Activation Checklist' or the 'Non-Hosted Activation Checklist' from the left hand side menu.
  • Complete this online form and click the submit button.

Once this checklist is submitted, please allow 3 working days for DPS to review and complete this request. For assistance on the activations process please contact us at activations@paymentexpress.com.

Merchants activating for Payline must complete and submit the activation checklist below.
